At St. John’s Parish Day School (SJPDS), we believe there is a spark within every child. It is the mission of our teachers, administrators, family, and community leaders to foster that spark, nurture it, fuel it, and be the catalyst for a lifelong love of learning.

Every SJPDS student is uniquely gifted and a valued presence in this place. Parents choose St. John’s because they know when their children move on from SJPDS, they are well prepared academically to attend the best middle schools, high schools, and colleges. As with all independent schools, SJPDS tuition alone does not cover the actual cost of educating each student making it necessary to raise funds every year through various activities such as the St. John’s Fund to bridge that financial gap.

Competitive grants are awarded to organizations with the highest fundraising participation levels so having 100% donor participation from faculty, staff, Board of Trustee members, and the SJPDS family, alumnae, and friend community is always our goal. Supporting our development efforts allows us to continue our mission and teaches our students the responsibility of being a part of the broader framework of life and community.
