St. John’s welcomes all families! Choosing to enroll at St. John’s Parish Day School provides the gift of learning to your child/ren. Every family’s financial situation is different and can vary from year to year. St. John’s financial aid program recognizes this and works with your unique circumstances to assess your financial need and respond accordingly. St. John’s Parish Day School strives to meet the demonstrated need of all admitted students, subject to budget considerations in any given year.
Financial Aid Timeline
November 11, 2024– Financial Aid Applications available online.
January 27, 2025 – Submitted Financial Aid Application, Scholarship Application deadline; all required documents due.
February 10, 2025 – Financial Aid Awards Begin to be Shared via Email.
Financial Aid Applications are accepted in the order that they are received.
How to Apply for Financial Aid
Financial Aid is only offered for Lower School students, Kindergarten-Fifth grade. St. John’s is proud to partner with FACTS Grant & Aid to collect your financial information, analyze the information, and render a grant recommendation. To begin your application online, please visit the FACTS Grant & Aid Application Page. The application module opens in mid-November annually and take about 30 minutes to complete. There is a $40 FACTS application fee for participation.
Required documents will include:

Current and prior year W-2’s and or 1099’s Wage and Tax Statements for both parents (same household or separate households)

Most current IRS Federal Income Tax Return for both parents (same household or separate households)

For Business Tax Returns include all supporting documents
Documents submitted to FACTs must be entered in PDF format . You can also mail them to: FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment, P.O. Box 82524, Lincoln, NE 68501-2524. Please include the applicant ID on all faxed and mailed correspondence.
