The SJPDS Green Team is looking for motivated students who want to help make their school a greener place! Students will work together to come up with creative ways to be eco-friendly, support school and community efforts, and reduce our environmental footprint—one idea at a time. Through hands-on projects and collaborative activities, Green Team members will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the SJPDS community while learning more about environmental responsibility and sustainability.

Ready to make the world smile? Join the Kindness Club with Mrs. Moulding! We are a group of
enthusiastic students who meet monthly to brainstorm and execute top-secret missions of
pure joy! From surprising teachers with unexpected breakfast-and-snack carts, leaving positive,
uplifting notes on students’ desks, making get-well cards, to learning how to care for Ivan, our
library turtle! Our mission is to make our school and local community a brighter place through
intentional, creative, good deeds. Each month features a new project focused on gratitude,
empathy, and team-building, helping children build lasting relationship skills and a deep sense
of school belonging.

Your brain is your superpower…are you ready to use it? Join the Chess Wizards community
today for fun, friendship, and some serious chess skills. All experience levels welcome. We
make chess fun for everyone! Chess Wizards offers challenging chess lessons, fun group
activities, exciting tournaments, and more! If your child is brand-new to chess, we'll teach them
the basics and get them playing right away. If they're a seasoned checkmate artist, they'll learn new ways to show their creativity on the chessboard.

We are excited to share that All-Sport is now WONDERPLAY—a complete enrichment
experience that expands our sports foundation to include outdoor education, creative arts, and
educational integration!

Our first mini-camp, “Outside Together” brings hands-on environmental education directly to
your children utilizing the Unity Trail and outdoor classroom on the school grounds. Through
observational discovery, art, and creative play, students will explore the natural world while
building curiosity, environmental stewardship, and outdoor confidence.

• Each outdoor session features:
• Trail Warm-Up: Sensory awareness exercises and outdoor readiness
• Nature Discovery: Guided exploration of plants, weather, and local ecosystems
• Hands-On Activity: Nature-inspired crafts that encourage sensory awareness and creative
  expression

Join the St. John’s Drama Club! Students in third through fifth grade will work together on Annie KIDS while learning and practicing the basics of acting, singing, and dancing. Throughout the program, students will build confidence, creativity, collaboration, and performance skills as they prepare for a final musical production for the St. John’s community. Students in K-2, look for drama opportunities, especially for you, starting in March!

Where Learning Meets Fun!

Join Ms. Kennedy for an exciting afternoon of hands-on learning, creativity, movement, and discovery! Each class combines early academic learning with active play, giving students opportunities to explore literacy, math, science, and problem-solving while also developing fine and gross motor skills.

Through games, obstacle courses, sensory activities, creative projects, and hands-on challenges, students will build confidence, independence, creativity, teamwork, and a love of learning. Fall themes include Families at Home, A Working World, and Fairytale Stories, with activities designed to strengthen early academic skills while keeping children moving, creating, and having fun.

In Little Masters, 4-year-old artists explore fundamental art concepts through structured, engaging activities. Children experiment with primary colors, dynamic polka dots, swirling lines, and geometric shapes. Each project builds fine motor skills and spatial awareness as students
paint, stamp, and create unique artwork. Our focus is on creative discovery, developing art vocabulary, and building confidence through hands-on expression.

In Upcycled Craft, children learn to turn everyday recycled items into imaginative crafts and artwork. Using cardboard rolls, paper scraps, plastic forks, and egg cartons, little creators build cute animals, trees, and holiday decorations. Activities focus on squeezing glue, tearing paper, stamping, and cutting with child-safe scissors. This course encourages curiosity, eco-friendly play, and fine motor development
