The All-Sport Academy Mindful Movers class blends music and movement with yoga to create one joyful experience. Children will begin with new and familiar songs to jump, clap, sing and stomp to. They will then explore poses and breath work to build body awareness and calm. The goal is to give the body and mind a workout while building strength and coordination, all while having FUN!

 Each week, students will dive into hands-on projects that blend creativity with real-world skills. Participants will learn sewing machine basics while fabricating a doughnut pillow, needlepoint plant pots, and embroider their very own t-shirt.

The Kindness Club fosters empathy, compassion, and essential skills that children will carry with them for life. It provides a safe, structured setting to explore the power of compassion and the true meaning of friendship. Our club is a team of superheroes who spread kindness and positive vibes at school. They come up with fun ideas like leaving surprise notes in library books, helping people out, or doing acts of kindness in the community. It’s a club where kids learn to be extra nice and make the world a better place, one good deed at a time!
