Facts Management Instructions

FACTS Management is a system that is familiar to families and is used for payment of tuition and incidentals. By combining the FACTS Management and the Student Information System, parents will have one log-in to apply, enroll and pay tuition and incidentals.

All current families will have a new log-in which will allow them to manage their payments, emails, addresses and re-enrollment. Re-enrollment contracts will not be mailed as in years' past, but will be posted online for each families' viewing and signature. Below are instructions for setting up your log-in and accessing FACTS SIS Parents Web.

Accessing Parents Web

Parents Web from FACTS is a private and secure parents’ portal that will allow parents to view information specific to their children, while protecting their children’s information from others.

Here’s how to access our easy-to-use Parents Web:

In Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Internet Explorer go to www.factsmgt.com and click Parent Login, then select FACTS Family Online (Parents Web).

Type the school's District Code sjp-md. Click Create New Parents Web Account.

Type your email address and click Create Account. An email will be sent which includes a link to create your ParentsWeb login. The link is active for 6 hours.

Select the Click to Create your ParentsWeb login link.
A web browser displays your Name and RenWeb Person ID.
Type a User Name, Password, and Confirm the password.

Click Save User Name and/or Password. A message displays at the top of the browser, "User Name/Password successfully updated."

You may now log in to ParentsWeb using your new User Name and Password.

When you have successfully logged in, below are instructions on how to navigate in Parents Web.

The screen shots below are examples of the new view parents will have in ParentsWeb. With integration the only way families can access FACTS is through ParentsWeb.

Prior to integration, families could access student billing under the Family Information tab. Now when they click the Family Information tab, they will get the notice that Family Billing has moved along with a button to direct them to the FACTS section.

Families can click on ‘Go To FACTS Section’ or the ‘FACTS’ link on the left side of the page. The FACTS Links box will always contain the ‘FACTS Home’ link. This will take families into their FACTS account to view details on their payment plan, billing, and prepay accounts. The ‘Set up a Payment Plan’ and ‘Apply for Grant & Aid’ are displayed if the school has configured them to do so.

For remaining balances left to collect via Pay Now, families will access those through the FACTS tab as well.
