The St. John's Parish Day School Back-to-School Summer Packet announcement was emailed to enrolled families on July 12th. Log in to your FACTS Family Portal to manage and view important information about your child(ren), our school, and your family's account. Once logged in, navigate to "Resource Documents" and "Web Forms" to access the current content for your student. Click the announcement panel located in "School Home" to view the message sent to enrolled families on July 12th for additional details about forms submission. 

 

Please note: Student forms for the 2021-22 school year are due on August 18, 2020.
