Meet Mrs. Rachael Roesler and her family! “Hi Everyone! I am your new 4th-grade teacher! My husband and I will be celebrating 21 years of marriage in just a few days. We have 3 lovely children: Avalon (18), Zoe (16), and Marley (7). We are all animals lovers so our family wouldn’t be complete without mentioning our dogs, Gidget and Sherman, and our rabbit, Ace. We enjoy spending time together at the beach as often as possible. It is our happy place. I earned my Masters from Loyola and taught 6 years for Baltimore County Public Schools. I took some time off for my family. I knew I couldn’t stay away for long - I missed being in the classroom so much. I was drawn to St. John’s beautiful campus, close-knit community feel, and faith-based teachings. I love teaching because it allows me to share acquired knowledge, foster curiosity, and inspire children to believe in their own dreams. I truly feel there is no career more rewarding than being a teacher.”
Mrs. Roesler earned a Masters of Arts in Teaching from Loyola College in Maryland. Her undergraduate degree in Economics was completed at St. Mary’s College with several years in the field of business before teaching.
